er .... weird anime person

hi... i drew this awhile ago.. the polkadots are scary, aren't they? haha, i know this pic is waaaaaaaay out of proportion and the lineart's way crappy again, sorry ^_^. i did this on opencanvas and my wacom graphire2 tablet
